After almost sixteen years of the massacre, the Justice Nanavati Commission indicted Shri Tytler by using the rather unfortunate phrase “probably.”

The Akali Party and the BJP got together when the Justice Nanavati Commission Report was submitted in Parliament by the Minister for Home Affairs of the Government of India. They made sure there was enough defamation done (politically motivated) which was not only aimed at Shri Tytler but also at people as the honorable Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh and the Congress party itself.

Finding it impossible to bear the falseness of the deceitful arguments and shocked at this foul display of dirty political play from the opposition side, Shri Tytler decided that would rather not be the part of a house that spoke in this manner and that he will not take any part in the government until his name was cleared. Inspite of all this, the cabinet gave him a ‘clean chit’.
